Since the introduction of Energy Efficiency (EE) Resources in the capacity market, significant changes have occurred in the amount participating and building standards which serve as the benchmark to determine EE savings. Additionally, recommendations have been made related to EE Resources in PJM’s Demand Response Strategy Report and the IMM’s State of the Market Report. This issue charge provides stakeholders an opportunity to review EE participation.
